Private Training:
You can choose from individual or group lessons. Classes are held at the teacher's private studio.

Corporate Training:
You can choose from individual training at a teacher's private studio or have a facilitator conduct in-house communication skills workshops.

Presentation Skills

The SDTAV provides coaching which assists individuals to speak with confidence and expression. This is taught by focusing on a number of communication skills including effective use of:

eye contact,
voice,
facial expression,
body language,
listening skills and
structure of content.

The development of these skills enables individuals to express themselves confidently and to connect with their audience.

Classes and workshops use a variety of theatre sport, communication games and public speaking exercises so that participants develop strong presentation skills. A life-skill critical to success in business.

Performance Opportunities

Our annual Performance Fesival, held in October, offers students the opportunity to present in the following areas:

Storytelling
Public Speaking
Mime
Drama

In addition, the Hilda Mitz, Grave Chitty and Audrey Jackson Scholarships are offered annually to selected students.
